The One Bedroom Unit

This One bedroom unit is great for family's, put the kids in the bedroom while you sit up having a wine in the peace and quite of the lounge watching a movie on the 32inch flat screen TV. It also has disabled accessible facilities with a walk in shower and handrails, no stairs and parking right in front of the unit.

There is a hob and microwave for cooking meals and all the plates and glasses are there also,Free tea,coffee,plunger coffee,hot chocolate and sugar are available in the room. If you are staying more than one night the room will be serviced daily.

Our one bedroom Suite has a private ensuite bathroom with disabled accessible facilities, microwave kitchenette with hob and fridge, dining table, sofa and Satellite TV on 32inch LCD TV's. Wireless internet available, Electric heaters and electric blankets .

Sleeps up to 4 people or 5 people with the addition of a rollaway bed.
The bedding configuration is one Queensize bed in the lounge area and two Single beds in the bedroom.

The one bedroom unit has great views of Mt Cook and Mt Tasman with snow being on the mountains all year round, Winter has the most snow with all hills covered with snow and great weather.Come and stay as long as you like with our first class service and first class views you won't want to leave

Seasonal Rates Apply: $160.00 to $245.00

Cancellation  Policy:  48 hours notice of cancellation is required for all bookings of 4 rooms or less, cancellation inside this period will be charged the full accommodation if the room/s are unable to be sold before or on the booked day.If you Cancel by email please make sure you receive an email from us saying your booking is cancelled as we may not have got your email.

Check in Time: 2:00pm to 9:00pm (call for a late Check in)
